Release 0.17, 12th February 2000

Basically includes some fixes submitted by Noam Camiel to the HELO protocol.  The HELO message can also be user configured in the jams.ini file.

Release 0.16, 15th November 1999

This version replaces the native DNS resolver library with Brian Wellington's fully featured DNS Resolver.  It also includes a Unix style makefile and commands for rebuilding database on Unix systems.

• Implemented connection thread pool used for incoming mail connections
• MX records caching in RDBMS

• Support for local users incl. postmaster user.
• Fixed bug in handling RSET commands.
